Phone sync, Session 7

One phone listens to the room and broadcasts where the Session 7 Setting video is. Phones that scan the QR in the video follow it. A window on the desktop can follow too, as the instrument.
1. The video (the room's copy) The whole Session 7 Setting video, desktop form (1920x1080, 30 fps, 7 min 40 s): the opening, then Genesis 12:10-20, Genesis 42:1-5, Exodus 1:1-14 and Matthew 2:13-23 with their QR panels. Its audio is the one and only reference the phone matches against.
Download the whole Session 7 video The receiver's copy with the timecode band (same audio)
2. The syncer (the phone page) Open on the phone, tap Start listening, allow the microphone once, keep the screen on. It shows which passage the room is on and where, the lock, the confidence, the match delay and the round trip, and the sync offset slider (frames at 30 fps, default +8, remembered on the phone). Once locked it keeps going on its own clock and never pauses; a seek or a restart in the room re-anchors it. It speaks on the playing passage's own study channel (the one the video's QR carries), so a phone that scans the QR lands on the study's join page at the room's place. While it is locked it keeps the workshop flag alive (the two-hour window).
Open the syncer
3. The receiver (the desktop window) Open on the desktop beside the room's copy, press Start following the phone. It plays the whole video with a timecode band and keeps it where the phone says the room's copy is (muted), with the phone's position as a big timecode, the drift, the offset in force, the age of the last message and the round trip.

Usage
  1. Phone: open the syncer, set the offset slider if it needs changing (default +8 frames), tap Start listening, allow the microphone. It reads SEARCHING.
  2. Room: play the Session 7 video through the PA. Within a second or two of sound the phone reads LOCKED and shows the passage and its time (during the opening it shows "The opening" and the whole-video time).
  3. Anyone who scans the QR on the projected passage lands on the study's join page at the room's place and plays on from there.
  4. Desktop, optional: open the receiver beside the room's copy and press Start following the phone; compare the two timecodes by eye or read the drift line.
  5. Pause, seek or restart the room's copy freely: the phone keeps its position running through silence and re-anchors as soon as it has heard the new place twice in a row (about half a second).
Add ?chan=yourname to both pages to use a private receiver channel. The study channels are the four pinned ids the video's QR panels carry (genesis-12 pvcb1e28, genesis-42 pvef0678, exodus-1 pvf6c5b8, matthew-2 pv6719a2).
